Security Statement: The Senturion diagnostic engine does not collect, access, or store Protected Health Information (PHI). All diagnostic scans are performed against publicly accessible web infrastructure only. No patient data of any kind is involved in or accessible through this platform.

1. Overview

Senturion AI Solutions ('Senturion', 'we', 'our', or 'us') operates a forensic digital diagnostic engine ('the Engine') that analyzes the publicly accessible digital architecture of medical practice websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect information in connection with your use of our platform at senturion.ai and all associated subdomains.

By accessing or using the Senturion platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. No Collection of Protected Health Information (PHI)

Senturion's diagnostic engine is an architectural performance scanner. It does not collect, process, transmit, store, or analyze any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its subsequent amendments.

The Engine exclusively analyzes publicly accessible technical attributes of target websites — including but not limited to: page load performance metrics, SEO signals, mobile rendering scores, and best-practices compliance as reported by third-party infrastructure providers such as the Google Lighthouse engine via the PageSpeed Insights API.

At no point does the Engine access, request, intercept, or store patient records, appointment data, billing information, clinical notes, or any other form of health-related personal data.

3. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you register for access to the Senturion platform, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, which are managed via secure OAuth 2.0 protocols. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Target URL Data: When you submit a website URL for diagnostic analysis, we store that URL in association with your account record for the purpose of generating and retrieving your audit history (the 'Vault'). Target URLs are submitted voluntarily and are used solely for the purpose of running the architectural diagnostic scan.

Audit Results: The numerical scores, risk calculations, and architectural findings generated by each diagnostic session are stored in your account Vault. These records are retained to enable historical review and PDF report generation. They contain no PHI.

Usage Data: We may collect standard server-side log data including IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps for security, fraud prevention, and platform performance monitoring purposes.

4. How Target URL Scanning Works

When you submit a target URL, Senturion forwards that URL to the Google PageSpeed Insights API (v5), a publicly available infrastructure diagnostic service operated by Google LLC. The API performs a remote Lighthouse audit of the publicly accessible version of the submitted URL using Google's headless browser infrastructure.

Senturion receives structured JSON output from this API containing performance scores, SEO signals, and best-practices compliance data. This output contains no personal data of any kind — it is a technical measurement of publicly accessible web infrastructure.

The submitted URL is scanned solely for architectural performance characteristics. Senturion does not spider, crawl, cache, index, or retain any content from the target website beyond the structured API response described above.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between your browser and the Senturion platform is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2 or higher. All stored data resides in encrypted-at-rest cloud database infrastructure operated by Neon Technologies, Inc., a SOC 2 Type II compliant database provider.

Authentication sessions are managed via industry-standard JWT tokens with appropriate expiry windows. We employ rate limiting, session validation, and server-side authentication guards on all data-access endpoints.

We do not share, sell, license, or otherwise transfer your account data or audit results to third parties, except as required by law or as strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers subject to data processing agreements).

6. Third-Party Services

Google PageSpeed Insights API: Audit scans are executed via Google's public API infrastructure. When a scan is initiated, the target URL is transmitted to Google's servers for processing. This transmission is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Senturion is not responsible for Google's data handling practices.

Neon Database: Audit results and account data are stored on Neon's managed PostgreSQL infrastructure, subject to Neon's data processing agreements and security certifications.

Vercel: The Senturion platform is hosted on Vercel's edge infrastructure. Standard request logs may be retained by Vercel in accordance with their privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

Account data and audit history are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated audit records by contacting us at the address provided below.

Diagnostic results for a given target URL are automatically replaced upon each new scan of the same URL, ensuring that stale data does not persist indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sentruionaisolutions@gmail.com.

Requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. We will verify your identity before actioning any request that would affect account data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
